Camp is a fun packed week of outdoor learning and adventures. Join us to get back to nature, try something new, develop your skills and meet new friends! Camp info: Prices £34 per day £160 per full 5 day week (£10 saving) Days Mon-Fri (Days vary depending on season and bank holidays) Times 10-4pm Where Buzzards Valley Ages 7-15yrs Activities Each week we have a wide range of Outdoor activities, all designed to sneak in important learning outcomes amongst the fun, a few of our favourites 👉Archery, Bush craft, Kayaking, Climbing, Orienteering, Arts-cycle, Sports and Problem solving! You'll also find a daily time break down and kit list on our website, if you have any questions please drop us an email. Childcare vouchers To book using childcare vouchers please email the team for availability, include your preferred, dates and childcare voucher provider. More info can be found on our website. Cancellations All bookings are final, please make payment by card or childcare voucher at the time of booking. Booking errors Please make sure to use any applicable discount codes at the time of booking, incorrect bookings cannot be refunded. If we have to cancel Omega is all about outdoor adventure and the Camp will go ahead even in the rain, so please make sure your child has everything on the kit list (found on the website). If we need to cancel Camp due to extreme weather conditions parents will be notified as soon as possible by email or phone. If we cancel we will offer a place of equal value on the postponed event date, where the date is not postponed we will offer credit of the full value for a future Camp booking. We may change activities but not cancel in the case of bad weather, parents will be notified of these changes at drop off. If you have to cancel Camp bookings are non-refundable, if you cancel with at least 14 days notice we will offer credit or swap your day depending on availability. If you cancel within 14 days of the first day of Camp the full booking amount will be retained by Omega Outdoor Adventure. Please note that Childcare vouchers are non-refundable.

How do we split the groups?
By age: 7-9, 10-12 & 13-15 yrs as much as possible depending on bookings.
When will the timetable be available?
The timetable for Camp will be available in our facebook event page the week before Camp
Can my children be with their friends?
If you drop us an email with the names of the children who'd like to be together, we will do our best to accommodate this, but please don't promise the children, they will have just as much fun making new friends.
If the children that would like to be be together are very different ages eg; 7 & 15 years old, we do not advise them staying in the same group as sessions are delivered to suit age and ability.
Who can give consent?
Consent must be completed and submitted by an adult with parental responsibility, parents cannot complete registration for a child that is not in their care. This means that each parent/guardian must create their own class 4 kids account to book their child's place at Camp, to enable them to provide all required details and give consent for their child's participation. Don't worry though, your account is on us and it's reusable!
Can I use childcare vouchers?
Yes! Details of which vouchers we accept and how to use them can be found on the website. If you can't find your provider please email us so that we can set-up an account with them. Please note that Childcare vouchers are non-refundable.
Can I use the sibling discount?
We offer a Sibling discount of £5 per booking for brothers and sisters booked onto the same day of Camp as their sibling. It is intended for siblings only, to ensure that households with more than one child can all enjoy an adventure that is affordable. This discount can only be applied at the time of booking please apply the correct code at this time, discounts cannot be applied after booking is made.
If you book another persons child onto Camp and receive the sibling discount for children who are not siblings, the outstanding balance will be added to your account and the parent/guardian of that child will have to complete separate consent forms. To keep bookings simple and fair please only book places for your own children. To apply the £5 sibling discount to your booking please use the code appropriate for the number of siblings attending Camp:
